Vision:  We aspire to the ideal that all people belong to the human family and are therefore our brothers, sisters and our children.         Mission:  Our pursuit is to uplift those whose lives have been affected by HIV/AIDS.

Goals                                                                                                                                                                                                In Canada:

1a.  To provide the basic tools mainly through education and awareness campaigns, which will allow people of all ages to make more informed personal sexual decisions.

1b.  To provide support, through any feasible means, to already existing Canadian HIV/AIDS initiatives.

In Africa:

1a.  To identify those already existing HIV/AIDS African projects, whose mandates closely matches our own, which we will support through any feasible means.

1b.  To assist Africans in creating, developing and sustaining new HIV/AIDS projects whose mandates closely match our own.

Objectives:

1.  Health:  To develop or promote health in developing nations by educating and instructing the public on prevention of, and curative measures for, health problems and by researching and documenting changes in the health of the community.

2.  Mutual Support:  To provide support for those affected by debilitating diseases, illnesses and conditions by offering education and counselling and by establishing mutual support groups.

3.  Foundations:  To receive and maintain a fund or funds and to apply all or part of the principal and income therefrom, from time to time, to charitable organizations that are also registered charities under the Income Tax Act.
